The Educational and Charitable Foundation of LKO (or ECF) is a public nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing service to the Northern Virginia community.
Mission
ECF’s mission is to provide educational and charitable services to individuals, families, groups and organizations in Northern Virginia through regard to race, religion or ethnicity.
Purpose
ECF’s Foundations:
- Promotes education and lifelong learning
- Contributes to the health, well-being, and betterment of the community
- Encourages active involvement in civic, charitable, and social affairs
